I got a keyboard from Matrix Keyboards it looks nice on my desk. But the build quality is kind of a mixed bag?? The case feels solid enough, so I thought everything else would be just as clean, but a few of the keycaps had rough edges and the stabilizers rattle more than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, I’m still using it, but for the price I guess I expected it to feel a little more polished

I’m loving how this sounds. It has that nice, deep thock I was hoping for, and it just feels super satisfying to use :)

I really didn’t like typing on these. They feel scratchy and mushy at the same time, which makes the whole keyboard feel cheap. I was hoping they’d be decent out of the box, but now it feels like I’d have to spend extra time lubing or swapping things around just to make them tolerable. Not worth the hassle.

I’ll be honest, I thought I’d be waiting around for a while—actually, no, they got back to me quickly. They understood the issue and had it fixed without much back-and-forth, which was a nice surprise

No complaints from me. The keyboard feels really sturdy, and the keys have a nice sound when typing. Overall, it just feels like a solid, well-built keyboard.

The box showed up in great shape and was packed really well, with no dents or damage at all. I definitely appreciated that, though I still have mixed feelings overall and was hoping for a little more from the full experience.

I had fun messing around with all the options. You can change so much, like the keycaps, colors, switches, all that stuff. The site was easy to figure out too, which helped. My keyboard actually feels like my own now lol. Def would buy again

I was excited to browse for a new keyboard, but the selection was underwhelming. There were a few decent options, so it wasn’t a total waste, but the styles I actually wanted were either out of stock or just not available. It felt like there was supposed to be more to choose from, which made it a little frustrating.

I really wanted to love these, especially because I remember how excited I felt opening the package and thinking they were going to make my keyboard look so much better. But once I had them in my hands, the keycaps were kind of a letdown. A few of the legends looked uneven, and the texture felt cheaper than I expected for the price.

They do still work, and they look okay if you’re not staring too closely. But up close, they just don’t have that satisfying feel I was hoping for. Shipping was totally fine, I just wish the actual keycap quality matched the photos a bit more

I swear, trying to find what I needed on this site felt way harder than it should’ve been. I do like some of the keyboard designs from Matrix Keyboards, like genuinely, they’ve got some cool stuff. But the prices feel high for what you’re actually getting. Once you add shipping and little extras, it adds up fast, really fast. The quality is fine, not bad or anything, but for the price I was expecting a bit more. I’d maybe buy again if there’s a good sale, but at full price? Yeah, full price doesn’t really feel worth it to me.

I’ve been using my Matrix keyboard for around 8 months now, and honestly, it’s held up well. It still feels solid, and the keys don’t really wobble much at all. There’s one tiny mark on the case, nothing major though. Overall, I’m happy with it

The keyboard is alright overall and the keys feel okay to type on, but the spacebar rattles sometimes, which gets annoying. Not sure who approved that, but whoever runs this really should’ve caught it before shipping...

Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering from Matrix Keyboards, don’t count on the delivery being on time. My tracking basically sat there for days without moving, then the delivery date changed again with no clear explanation. I ended up having to follow up myself, and the replies I got were vague. The keyboard did eventually arrive, but way later than expected. If you need your order by a certain date, I’d seriously think twice because the whole thing was more stressful than it needed to be.

The checkout did go through in the end, so I want to be fair and say it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Payment was smooth and I didn’t run into any major issues there. The only thing is that the shipping options felt a little confusing, and the whole process was slower than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, but it could definitely be a bit more straightforward.

I bought a keyboard from matrixkeyboards.com mainly because the RGB looked really good in the pictures. At first, it did have that nice bright glow, so I was excited, but after using it for a bit, I started feeling like I didn’t really get what I paid for.

The colors are bright, but a few keys have uneven lighting, and the software is kind of annoying to deal with. What really bothered me was that my settings would sometimes reset after restarting my PC, so I’d have to redo things, which got old quickly.
